We’re looking for proactive, energetic, caring, and engaging individuals to join our team supporting four ladies and three gentlemen with both physical and learning disabilities. These amazing individuals love socializing and enjoy activities like cinema trips, music therapy, dancing, shopping, swimming, and more!
What’s in it for you?
- No prior experience in Health and Social Care needed—full training provided.
- Full-time 37.5 hours and part-time 22.5 hours positions available.
- Shift Patterns - These can vary to work around the people we support. You will need to be flexible, including working alternate weekends.

Your Role as a Support Worker:
- Providing personal care and helping with daily activities.
- Assisting with cooking, housework, and laundry.
- Supporting participation in activities such as music therapy, swimming, day trips, and visits to places of worship.
- Helping maintain relationships by supporting visits with family and friends.
- Administering medication when required.

Location - Hounslow over ground station is a 10/15-minute walk and West Hounslow tube station, Piccadilly line is a 10-minute walk. The main road has numerous bus routes as it's on the main road to Heathrow Airport. As it is only a 2-3 minute walk to Hounslow High Street there are plenty of cafes, pubs and food outlets nearby.
