Support Worker

FULL and PART TIME Support Worker opportunities in Upper Swainswick, BA1 8DD ***Excellent hourly rate of £13.75 per hour & Sleep nights paid at £50.00 per night***

  • Full-time or part-time hours 
  • Shifts available: days, evenings, sleep-ins
  • It is preferred that you have a full UK driving licence as the people we support ask that you are able to drive their vehicles for them

We are looking for proactive, confident, engaging and caring people to join a close-knit support team in Bath. 

You will be supporting eight people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex health needs who share a very sociable, family orientated home.

Each person you will be supporting has a real zest for life – and they ask that you share their exuberance as you support them to live their best lives.

You will support with all aspects of daily living including medication, food preparation, intimate personal care and mobility along with all their much loved social activities including bowling, cinema, eating out and day trips to the beach.  

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, if needed.
