Seeking a warm hearted female, WAKE NIGHT support worker in Bridgend

In Brackla, Bridgend (CF31), our passionate, friendly and all-female team support three fantastic and fun females, who share a very lively home together.
You will be supporting three wonderful ladies who share a lust for life that’s incredibly contagious and can’t be extinguished!
You need to demonstrate a high level of integrity and initiative to become a trusted member of our Waking Night Team.
Whilst you will only be working nights, there is an expectation that during your induction period, and for certain training and team events, you will be required to work some day hours.
It’s also important to note that one of the ladies has epilepsy, one is a wheelchair user (so will require your assistance with her mobility). Each lady will also require your respectful assistance with personal care as and when required.
Every night will be different, and you will respond to the different needs of each lady, as required, throughout the night
