Seeking support workers in Cardiff, CF23 5JG

  • Hourly Rate: 12 per hour. Sleep Nights paid at £50 per night
  • Shift Pattern: shifts are usually longer days, e.g. 08:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00; one of these shifts is extended until 22:00, followed by the sleep shift
  • You will need to hold a full UK, EU or International Driving Licence from a designated country as the people we support as that you drive their vehicles

We have a lovely opportunity to become part of an established team, supporting three individuals, who share a home in CF23 5JG

The three people you will be supporting have learning disabilities, autism, sight inpairment and mood disorder

They ask that you will be active and engaging as they live busy, busy lives and want you to enjoy their days as much as they do!

Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with their personal care, when needed
