What You’ll Do:

• Help individuals live fulfilling lives with choice and independence.
• Support with planning and delivering the care they need.

Who We’re Looking For:

• People with a caring nature and a positive attitude.
• Backgrounds in healthcare, mental health, retail, cleaning, coaching—or no experience at all!
• A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.

The Role will involve

• Helping people to live the individual life they want
• Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose
• Supporting people with their medication
• Supporting with personal care
• Encouraging, supporting and teaching to find opportunities in education, employment and leisure.
