Dimensions is one of the country’s largest not-for-profit organisations, that is drive by our values. We supporting people with learning difficulties, autism, behaviours of distress and complex needs. People with learning disabilities and their families are at the heart of everything that we do.
This role involves you working in a large team, where we support seven people with various disabilities and high health needs. We support five ladies and two gentlemen to live the life they choose. They enjoy going out and about for walks, love listening to music, watching TV, teddies and chocolate - who doesn't! There is a mixture of communication levels within the house and a lot of manual handling is involved - wheelchair users and hoisting. They also need full support with household tasks and personal care.
Shift Patterns - 7am - 2.30pm / 2:30pm - 10pm, with some week days being 07:00-10:00 15:00-22:00 when attending day services. Alternate weekends and bank holidays. (These will be discussed at interview).
