Support Worker

We are looking for Support Workers in New Milton to cover various shifts from full time, part time to suit you.

We are looking for people who share our values and can support people to have the life they want to live.  We support a gentlemen and a lady with all aspects of their daily lives, both of whom have profound and multiple learning disabilities.  They are very gentle people who enjoy a calm environment within their lovely bungalow in New Milton.  They both enjoy going out daily to make the most of the beautiful surroundings and like a variety of activities such as, bowling, swimming, theatre and cinema,  relaxing at the beach, pub lunches and occasional shopping.

We can offer full or part time work with shifts either 0745-2000 or 1030-1730, with a degree of flexibility involved.  We are especially looking for weekend cover and usually expect colleagues to work alternate weekends.  Drivers are preferred but not essential.  Our team is welcoming and friendly and there is a genuine spirit of collaborative working.
