Support Worker

We are looking for thoughtful, caring and inspiring people to join our team of support workers in Gosport & Fareham. We have 4 locations that are looking for support workers for days, nights and sleep ins on a full time or part time basis (between 20 - 37.5 hours per week).

Full UK Driving Licence is essential as you will be required to drive (Manual & Automatic) Mobility Vehicles

Shift patterns vary and the earliest you will start is 7am and the latest you will finish will be 10pm (Sleep Ins are also available)

The Role:

• Supporting with everyday task such as cooking, cleaning, laundry
• Support with managing finances
• Providing full support with personal care and manual handling
• Medication administration
• Supporting out in the community, taking to day centres and health appointments
• Encouraging them to be as independent as possible 

The homes are set in beautiful locations and are within walking distance to Stokes Bay and Stanley Park and the people we support all enjoy a multitude of activities and have amazing personalities, they are looking for people to support them who have similar interests to them and will enjoy taking part in the following:

• Going shopping
• Going to the cinema
• Listening to music, especially Elvis and the Beatles
• Going out to coffee shops for a coffee and a gossip
• Going out for meals
• Going swimming
• Gardening, bird watching
