Support Worker - Waking Night - £12.00p/h

This could be either 22 hour (2 wake nights) or 33 hour contact (3 wake nights)

Dimensions is a leading social care provider in England and Wales, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.

We are looking for  thoughtful, caring and inspiring support worker to join our team of support workers in Acle, Norfolk to support a gentleman who lives in a single person service in his own bungalow. There is a required aspect of specific training needs to support the gentleman which will be provided by a health professional which is PEG training. You will be supporting him with moving and assisting into bed and hourly checks thoughout the night. There will also be household tasks to complete throughout the night before support the gentlemen out of bed and with morning routine including personal care. The gentleman has a close relationship with family which are important to him and are actively involved in his support circle.

Waking Night 21:00 - 08:00.  You will also be required to work weekends and Bank Holidays.
