Seeking fun, proactive and engaging Female Support Worker in Cardiff, CF3 3BP

• Full-time 
• Hourly Rate £12.00; sleep nights are paid at £50 per night
• Shifts start from 08:00 with finish times that vary to meet the needs of the people you will be supporting. There are also shifts that can start later in the day and can be followed by a sleep-in shift 
• It is preferred that you hold a full UK or EU Driving Licence, as the people you will be supporting would like you to able to drive their mobility vehicles.

You will be working for a dynamic manager, who takes the time to really get to know her team members, utilising their strengths and matching their personalities and interests with the people we support. She wants you to be happy and fulfilled at work and able to enjoy a work life balance.

You will work across 2 support settings in Cardiff, in the same building, supporting some amazing people who have a wide range of needs from mild learning disabilities, autism and complex health needs.  As part of a flexible team, you will be able to learn from experienced colleagues and share your own skills with them. 

The people you will be supporting live busy, busy lives so every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to thrive – this will include accompanying to favoured activities (and there are so many of these!), supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, if needed.
