The Role:

As a Support Worker at Dimensions UK, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live more independently and achieve their personal goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centred support tailored to one gentleman’s needs and preferences.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Supporting a gentleman to participate in social, recreational, and educational activities.
  • Encouraging and promoting independence, choice, and inclusion.
  • Building positive and trusting relationships with the people you support, their families, and other professionals.
  • Follow individual care plans and documenting progress accurately.
