We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Potter Higham. Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.
This role will include supporting gentlemen to enjoy social activities in the community such as playing snooker and pool, going to social clubs, going for walks in the country and at the coast and providing support within the home. The people we support enjoy various ongoing daily activities which they choose and require the staff to take part. You will also be required to support with personal care task and there is also a use of wheelchair.
A UK/EU (either manual or automatic) driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role due to the location of the property. Also gentlemen we support have mobility vehicles which the Support Workers will be required to drive.
Shift patterns can vary throughout the week this will include days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins - this is to be discussed further at interview.
