The Role
We’re looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Lincoln, supporting two gentlemen and one lady.
This is a part-time role (25 hours per week), working across a rota that includes early shifts, late shifts, long days, and occasional waking nights. You’ll also work alternate weekends. To be considered, you’ll need a full UK manual driving licence, as supporting people to get out and about is a big part of the role.
What makes this role special?
You’ll be supporting people to live the lives they choose whether that’s going swimming, enjoying arts and crafts, attending shows, meeting friends and family, or heading off on holiday. Every day is different, and every moment matters.
You’ll support with personal care, medication, cooking, cleaning, and attending appointments but more than that, you’ll be someone who listens, encourages, and helps people grow in confidence and independence.
Why join Dimensions?
We’re not just another care provider. We’re a values-led, not-for-profit organisation that puts people first, both the people we support and the people who work with us. Our values of Ambition, Courage, Integrity, Partnership, and Respect guide everything we do.
We were one of the first organisations to introduce person-centred support, and we continue to lead the way with our award-winning Activate model, which focuses on helping people build skills, try new things, and improve their quality of life.
You don’t need previous experience to apply; we’ll give you all the training you need. What matters most is your attitude: if you’re kind, reliable, and ready to make a difference, we’ll support you every step of the way.

Who we’re looking for:
You’ll need to be flexible, a good communicator, and comfortable working as part of a team. You’ll also need to be confident using basic IT systems to record support plans and updates. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who treats others with dignity and respect, and who believes in helping people live life their way.
