This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, has a good sense of humour, and is keen to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.

He thrives with support that’s consistent, upbeat, and tailored to his needs. While he doesn’t require personal care or feeding support, he benefits from prompting and encouragement in daily routines.

Your Role

You’ll be providing 1:1 support and working across a variety of shifts, helping him maintain independence and enjoy his day-to-day life. Responsibilities include:

Rotas are planned in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Patient and reliable, with a flexible approach
  • Fit and active, able to keep up with a busy and sociable lifestyle
  • Positive and engaging, with a great sense of humour
  • Team-oriented, willing to work across support settings
  • Values-driven, committed to person-centred care

Experience isn’t essential—what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.

Family Involvement

There is currently no direct family involvement, but you’ll be part of a supportive team that values consistency and communication.
