If you’re someone who enjoys having a laugh, thrives in a team, and wants to make a real difference—this could be the perfect role for you.

Who Will You Be Supporting?

You’ll be working with three young male adults who:

  • Use sign language and Makaton to communicate
  • Have positive behaviour support plans in place (for two individuals)

  • Enjoy shared and individual support time

Their behaviours of distress have significantly reduced thanks to consistent, person-centred support—and your role will help continue that progress.

    • Personal care (full support for one individual, including pads)

    • Medication administration
    • No hoist or wheelchair use
    • SALT plans in place for dietary support

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualities:

  • Sense of humour and ability to have fun
  • Calm and confident in redirecting behaviours
  • Strong team player with proactive mindset
  • Comfortable with lone working and partnership working
  • Manual driver with a full UK licence

Experience is welcome but not essential—what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
