FULL UK Manual Driving License is preferred

We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Beverley. We’re looking for someone who has strong experience working with people who present complex behaviours.
The gentleman we support has brain injury and cerebral palsy. He is a wheelchair user who can crouch and communicates verbally, with additional support using pictures. He benefits from a high level of positive behaviour support. He loves banter and having a laugh! He is a big fan of technology—it's his favourite thing, but also his biggest trigger when it doesn’t go to plan.

Shift Pattern:
Long Day Sleep-In Shifts: 7am – 10pm + sleep from 10pm - 7am
Day Shifts: 7am - 10pm; Early 7am - 2:30pm; Late - 2:30pm -10pm
There will be a requirement to work as part of a rota, this could include sleep-in duties.
