About the role

We’re looking for Support Workers to join our team in Ormesby, Norfolk, earning £12.64 per hour. Full-time, part-time, and relief roles are available, and a full UK driving licence is essential.

You’ll support three gentlemen in their 50s and 60s who share a welcoming home. Each person has complex health needs, including PEG and stoma care, so confidence with personal care, moving and assisting (including hoists), and PEG feeding is important. You’ll work 1:1 but never alone, there are always three team members on shift to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Life here is active and engaging. The gentlemen enjoy scenic drives through Norfolk, music and sensory sessions, and weekly boat rides on the Broads. You’ll help make these experiences possible while supporting daily routines and promoting independence.

About you
