About the role
- Support Worker
- Full time – 37.5 hours per week
- Woodhall Spa, Lincoln
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence & Access to Own Car Essential
We’re looking for Support Workers to join our team in a supported living home in Woodhall Spa, where four gentlemen aged 50–62 live life to the fullest. This is a joyful, music-filled home where laughter is part of everyday life.
The gentlemen love singing, playing instruments, baking, and cooking together so if you enjoy music and food, you’ll feel right at home. One gentleman especially enjoys being out, whether it’s a drive, a walk, or exploring somewhere new.
You’ll provide person-centred support with daily routines, personal care, mobility (including wheelchair use when out and about), and appointments. You’ll also play a key role in encouraging independence and supporting social interests. Staff work in pairs during the day, with lone working only for planned 1:1 support or after 8pm, ensuring strong teamwork.
Shifts include days and waking nights, with early and late shifts (8am–10pm) and alternate weekends so flexibility is important.
