We are looking for Support Workers in Weymouth to cover night shifts on a full time basis. 

We are looking for someone to support a gentleman in his 20s, with varied disabilities. You will be working as a part of a close team around this gentleman, whilst supporting him in his own home in Weymouth.

Role responsibilities will include supporting him to live as independently as possible whilst also supporting him in administering of medication, personal care and promote a positive sleep pattern as the individual can wake up very early.

During the night, the gentleman has a healthy sleep pattern albeit he can wake for small periods of the night. Reliability, consistency and having a fun sense of humour are the key to his heart and to developing a friendship with him.  Our support for this gentleman will involve keeping this gentleman's sleep pattern positive whilst supporting him to meet his needs if called upon.
