We are delighted to tell you that the Dimensions group has successfully been accredited as a UK’s Best Workplace by the Great Place to Work Institute for the sixth year in a row.
In terms of our ranking in the Super Large (1,000+ employee) category, we are now in the top half of an increasing number of successful participant organisations alongside many large corporations (such as Vodafone, Aviva, Booking.com) and it is positive to see that we are still the highest-ranked dedicated social care organisation.
This is fantastic news for the whole of the Dimensions group. We can all be proud of this, particularly because the success criteria is entirely based on the feedback colleagues provide in the Colleague Survey of their experience of working at Dimensions.
