Are you a calm, reassuring person who wants to make a difference to somebody’s life on a daily basis? Dimensions is seeking a Support Worker, in the Upper Parkstone area of Poole, who will enable the independence of a gentleman in his 40’s who lives in his own home.

The gentleman, who is autistic and has a learning disability, would like to meet a Part-Time Support Worker who will be happy to ensure he stays safe overnight. The things you will be involved with include:

  • Undertaking regular checks on him
  • Keeping him company and providing assurance should he wake up
  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork is kept up-to-date
  • Doing household tasks that can't be done whilst he is awake
  • Helping him with his morning routine

Nightshifts run from 20.45-07.00Dimensions are pleased to be able to offer Support Workers payrate of £12.52 per hour for this role.

Support Workers may also have to assist with finances, meal preparation and prompt personal care.
